Use case · Multiple locations

Your customers write reviews, but nobody reads them all.

Reviews are spread across several websites and locations, and nobody reads them all. The automation reads them, groups what recurs and prepares a draft reply. Your location manager decides what happens with it.

In doubt? To your team first.

Customers have complained about the same thing for weeks, but nobody puts the reviews side by side.

  • No reply comes

An unhappy customer gets a reply after weeks, or not at all.

What AIstap can build.

An example. What we build for you is agreed upfront.

  • Reviews in one place

From your websites and locations in one place.

A connection that gathers the reviews from your websites and locations in one place.

  • Reading and grouping

What is it about, and does it recur?

The automation reads the reviews and groups what recurs, per location.

  • Draft reply

A draft; your team posts the reply itself.

A draft reply per review; your team reads it, adjusts it and posts it themselves.

  • Alert for serious reviews

A serious review goes to your location manager first.

A message to your location manager for a serious review; they decide what happens.

Checked by your team.

Your manager decides when in doubt

    Replying stays with people

Calling a customer or changing a routine is done by your team. In this set-up the automation does not contact customers.

  • Posting stays with your team

Your team posts a reply to a review itself. In this set-up nothing goes online without your team.

In the systems you already have.

Which connection is possible is something we look at in the free analysis.

The reviews arrive from your review websites and your mailbox. The overview is then in your own spreadsheet. Whether that can be connected is something we look at in the free analysis.

Questions about this use case.

Does the automation reply to reviews itself?

No. In this set-up a draft reply is prepared. Your team reads it, adjusts it and posts it.

Can the automation reach every review website?

That differs per website and we cannot promise it in advance. In the free analysis we look at which sources are feasible for you.

What if a review names an employee?

In this set-up that review goes to your location manager only. The automation makes no overview per employee.
