Use case · Any sector

You say it once, but not everyone gets the message.

A new rule goes out through the group chat, the notice board and the team leads, and you do not know who has read it. The automation prepares your message per group and per language as a draft and shows the confirmations. Your operations manager approves it first.

In doubt? To your team first.

The warehouse has 50 people, but 12 agency workers are not in the group. Your operations manager decides.

Sound familiar?

  • Read? No idea

The message sinks down the group chat under newer ones, and nobody knows who has read it.

  • Notice board, chat and talk

The same announcement is on the notice board, in the group chat and from team leads, each time slightly different.

  • Asking who knows

Someone phones around to find out who knows the new rule and who is not in the group chat.

Today. And with AIstap.

What AIstap can build.

An example. What we build for you is agreed upfront.

  • Message per group

One text per group; final only after approval.

The message is prepared as a draft for the right groups; final only after approval.

  • Translation as a draft

A translation to proofread before it goes out.

A translation as a draft, so that someone who speaks the language can proofread it.

  • Check on recipients

Is everyone who needs to know in the group?

A check on the recipients: if someone is missing from the group, your manager decides first.

  • Confirmation and reminder

Your team sees which confirmations are still open.

A notice to your team that confirmations are still open, with a suggestion for a reminder.

Checked by your team.

The automation prepares. Your people approve and decide when something is unclear.

Your manager decides when in doubt

If someone is missing from the group, your operations manager sees that first. The automation does not choose who gets the message.

    The conversation stays with people

Your team writes the message, approves the translation and answers questions. In this set-up the automation does not approach any employee.

  • Posting stays with your team

In this set-up no message goes to your employees without the approval of your operations manager. The automation posts nothing by itself.

Which connection is possible is something we look at in the free analysis.

The announcement is meant for your own group chats; who works where stays in your own staff list. Whether that can be connected is something we look at in the free analysis.

Questions about this use case.

Is an automatic translation accurate?

Not always, which is why it is a draft. For safety rules you have the translation read by someone who speaks the language before the message goes out.

Do employees have to install a new app?

That is not the aim. In the free analysis we look at whether it can work through the channel your team already uses.

What if someone does not confirm?

Then the automation suggests a reminder; your team decides whether it is sent and has the conversation itself. If you have a works council, you involve it beforehand in the confirming.
