Use case · Wholesale · Multiple locations

Stop going through the whole stock list every week.

Every week your buyer goes through the stock list, looks at what was sold and estimates what to reorder. The automation calculates a reorder proposal in your order system (ERP), with a reason per line. Your buyer adjusts it and orders.

ERP: the system that holds your orders, stock and invoices.

Sound familiar?

  • Shelf empty, customer waits

An item that sells well has run out, and you only notice when a customer asks for it.

  • Retyping orders per supplier

The list from the spreadsheet is retyped into an order, supplier by supplier.

Today. And with AIstap.

Questions about this use case.

Does the automation forecast our sales?

The automation calculates with your sales, stock and open purchase orders. That is a proposal with a reason per line, not a forecast. What you know about promotions or seasons, your buyer adds.

Does the automation place orders itself?

No. In this set-up a draft is prepared per supplier. Your buyer adjusts it and places the order.

Our stock figures are not always right. What then?

Then the proposal is not reliable either, and we say so honestly. In the free analysis we first check whether your figures are good enough to calculate with.
